Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping (India)

We deliver across India using reliable courier partners. To provide you with the best value, our domestic shipping fees are structured as follows:

• Standard Flat Fee: Orders with a subtotal under ₹500 are charged a flat domestic delivery fee of ₹99.
• Reduced Flat Fee: Orders with a subtotal of ₹500 or more are charged a reduced flat delivery fee of ₹49.

2. International Shipping

We proudly ship internationally to select destinations (including the UK, USA, Europe, etc.). International shipping charges are calculated strictly based on the total weight of your order.

• For orders weighing 10kg or less: The shipping rate is ₹870 per kilogram.
• For orders weighing over 10kg: The shipping rate is discounted to ₹470 per kilogram.

Please note: The international rate applies to the entire weight of your order.

3. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country. These additional charges are strictly the responsibility of the recipient (the customer) and are payable upon delivery. BharatNewSuperMart has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

4. Order Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Domestic Delivery: Generally takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
• International Delivery: Delivery times vary greatly depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes, typically ranging from 7-21 business days.
